IRC-HR provides its customers with a variety of options that fit their requirements and needs. These main options are:

• Recruit and Manage (OUTSOURCE): IRC-HR's role here is not only as a recruiting center, rather, our role is as a manager of human resources. We manage the employees for our clients and take full responsibility for them outside the work environment. IRC-HR in this case is fully responsible for the employees outside the work environment; this helps employers concentrate and focus on the thing they do best, whatever it may be! In that instance, we ease the pressure off the employer and actually provide employers with resources that are less costly than what it is had the employer themselves taken that burden on their shoulders.

• Facilities Management: IRC-HR can provide customers who have a requirement for facility management with the right type of professional for this kind of work. Whether it is an operations center that belongs to a banking corporation or a small company, IRC would make your life easier on the IT side.

• Recruit Only: IRC-HR, in very special cases, will take on contracts on a "recruit only" basis. In that case, we do the search for professionals from within the database of candidates or we will advertise for the positions. After the initial screening (qualifications check, degrees, experience, match to skill-set required by client) a shortlist is then made of the candidates and they are presented to the client for further screening and selection. Once the client selects a candidate, it is their responsibility to provide him with the necessary paperwork that will enable him to come and work in Saudi Arabia (visa, etc..). IRC-HR's role in that case will only be to facilitate matters between the candidate and the employer.
